These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the site norvexalithar.com (the "Site"), operated by Norvexalithar S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71874623-4, with address in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic. By using the Site you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides information about the real estate crowdlending model in Argentina and allows interested users to subscribe to a communications channel. The information published is for informational purposes and does not constitute a public offering of securities under Law 26,831 nor personalised financial advice.
2. Capacity
To subscribe you must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity to contract under the National Civil and Commercial Code.
3. Registration and subscription
The subscription form requires name and email. You commit to providing truthful data and keeping it updated. You can request unsubscription from the mailing at any time.
4. Intellectual property
All contents of the Site (texts, images, brand, code and design) are owned by Norvexalithar S.A.S. or used under license. Their total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Investment risks
All investment in real estate projects involves risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. We recommend independently analysing each opportunity and, if necessary, consulting professional advisors.
6. Limitation of liability
Norvexalithar will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities derived from the use of the Site or the information published. The Site is offered "as is" and we work to keep it available, without guaranteeing the total absence of interruptions.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
