Privacy Policy
At Norvexalithar S.A.S. ("Norvexalithar", "we") we process your personal data in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and the complementary regulations of the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP). This policy describes what data we collect, for what purposes and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide by completing the subscription form (name and email address), as well as browsing data obtained through cookies and similar technologies (IP address, device type, pages visited and referrer).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you information about new real estate crowdlending opportunities, industry news, operational communications and, with your consent, personalised content. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, explicit and informed consent (article 5 of Law 25,326), on compliance with legal obligations and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the described purposes and, in any case, while your subscription remains active. Once you request unsubscription, we delete your data within a maximum of 30 days, except for legal retention obligations.
6. Rights of the data subject
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by emailing privacy@norvexalithar.com. You have the right to file complaints with the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP), Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit and access controls.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. The current version is published on this page indicating the date of the last update.
